MedPost relied on COCG./ A Division of Healthgrades to utilize our design, web and SEO skills to improve the look, organization and performance of their website. As a nationwide provider of urgent care, awareness and ease of use was key for this project.
To lay the foundation for their new website, we created an online brand guide for MedPost, starting with brand elements that included their mission, vision and core values. We then established standards for their ID system and logo, created a new color system and secondary typeface for web uses, and made downloadable resources available for employees on the internal brand guide website.
After highlighting these crucial elements, we built an organized, user-friendly and responsive website to align with the established MedPost brand. The website includes highly optimized location pages and market pages where there are multiple urgent care clinics. Overall, the design of the site was focused on making searching for and checking in to an urgent care clinic a simple task for desktop and mobile users.
Our comprehensive work for MedPost paved the way for increased recognition, approachability and interactivity for their employees, as well as current and future patients.
